R.F.P. NO. 07-OF-08
The Town of Fort Frances wishes to obtain proposals for engineering services from a reputable engineering firm for the detailed design and construction contract administration for various municipal capital projects including, but not limited to, road construction, sidewalk reconstruction, watermain rehabilitation and sanitary/storm sewer rehabilitation. The term is three (3) years with a two (2) year renewable option.
Sealed proposals, in duplicate and clearly marked shall be submitted to:

Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter in the Committee Room of the Civic Centre.

Lowest or any proposal not necessarily accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town in its sole and unfettered discretion. The accepted proposal must be approved by Council.
